We want you to love your purchase from TactLifestyle! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible returns and exchange policy.

1.Return Eligibility

1.1 Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
1.2 Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
1.3 Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless otherwise stated.

2.Return Process

2.1 To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@tactlifestyle.store with your order number and reason for return.
2.2 Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

3.Refunds

3.1 Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
3.2 Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3.3 Partial-Paid orders are not eligible for refund. ( 150₹ is non-refundable)

4.Exchanges

4.1 If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at contact@tactlifestyle.store.
4.2 Exchanges are subject to availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.

5.Return Shipping Costs

5.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or damaged.
5.2 Each return will incur a cost of ₹125.
